Marigold hotel and resort has a homely atmosphere with 7 large well furnished bed rooms (A/C and non A/C) with a verandah facing the meticulously maintained spice garden and green lawns. Each bed rooms are bath attached with TV, telephone, chairs, table, etc.

(Naadan) :
A multi cuisine restaurant of 36 pax serving delicious dishes in Kerala , North Indian and Chinese . A garden party can be arranged on demand. The restaurant is beautifully furnished and designed in wood and handicrafts.

Welcome to a traditional home wedding venue. A home away from home where all arrangements of your sons / daughters marriage or betrothal is taken care of.
The stay at Kuttamperoor bungalow - a 5000 sq. ft bungalow built in the most traditional Kerala architecture. Has 3 spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, pantry, a parallel dining room, spacious kitchen, work area, servant room & toilet, a royal lounge & a car porch to park 4 cars.
Floors of traditional red oxide and woodden paneled roof giving you the real feel of traditional stay.
The compound - The bungalow is centralized in a 1.5 acre spices garden consisting of nutmeg, coconut, aracnut, coffee and many other fruit trees, vanilla and pepper vines. In the compound is also located Marigold hotel and resort.

For the wedding banquet and reception, up to your return to the airport for departure will be taken care of
1. The bungalow comes along with a caretaker , a kitchen maid and housekeeping maid
2. Rates are inclusive of 3 meals beverages & snacks.
3. Accommodation is for 2 adults and 2 children ( less than 8 yrs.) in a room.
4. 2 chaffer driven air conditioned cars at no extra charge upto 50km
5. Doctor on call, laundry, hot water.
6. Pick up and drop to airport.
7. No additional charges for use of gardens and lawns for wedding reception and banquets.
Addition charges will be for
1. Food for banquets and reception.
2. If chaffer vehicles are used above 50kms
3. For additional rooms of the hotel and food from restaurant.
Rates will be per day basis for the
